Wow what a horrible experience!! I sent a picture of a 2 tier design cake to them and requested a quote based off the picture. They sent back a quote which i paid for. After miscommunication about collecting the cake, i was told by a lady that works there that i should pick up the cake the following morning at 08:30. When i get there, the cake is still not ready and had to make 2 trips before we got A cake. The cake they made was a one tier cake which is not what i asked for. I was then told that because of the number of people for the function they only made one tier. They made this decision by themselves without informing me. They did not even give me the opportunity to decide whether i would want that or not. After i expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner said she will refund a measly R200!! If i could give 0 stars i would. Never again!!

The cake was actually stale. Had a weird after taste but Thank you for taking my order so late and being so helpful.

I was fooled with their cute pictures posted on Facebook.. the cake was as tiny as a mouse🐀 for that ridiculous price..Cake was full of thick cream all over it...Very disappointing! Vanilla layer tested old like they used left overs they cover all mess with bunches of cream 🥵 most of it ended in trash 🚮The topper was in peaces in no time.. Fake material‼️The admin is so unprofessional cant read instructions.. 🙄You do follow up yourself...with long replies, No interest in updating the client... They made wrong cake only to found out on collection day... unapologetic‼️ 😡It was so bad they didnt even post it like others 😈They dont know what they are doing in the kitchen.. 😕.. Everyone will stare at you like a lost puppy... 👀Gas and money gone waisted ‼️Bad service for me‼️ VERY Deceiving‼️
