I usually prefer shopping at our local shops instead of the corporate shops.On my visit to this store, I ended up going to the corporate store and recieved remarkable service and the products of my choice.At Wits :On entry, the man behind the counter gave us a warm greeting and smiled.On perusing, looking for warm underwear, there was no apparent assistance available. So, I found the item of clothing of my choice.However it looked like a size for a 10year old.I enquired as to bigger sizes, was told, one size fits All. Now really.???!!! Nd was dropped like a hot potato.There was no service, friendliness or politeness to be found at this store.No alternative was offered, evn thought I asked. No further assistance was provided.I really felt sorry that I went all the way to visit this shop.Regards.Faeza.
