I got the store at 17h54(not the best time obviously but I had no choice as I knock off at 17h00) door was closed, I knock at the door show one of the ladies my phone, to show her the time she says they are closed I say but it is 17h54 she says no they close at 17h45 to clean the shop(or something like that) I say I phoned and I was told the shop closes at 18h00 then she closes the door in my face then walks away coz clearly what I was saying to her was ridiculous. I have never been so disrespected that was so rude of her.

They are not really in the mood to help people. I will never shop there again, today was my first and last.

A great shop to find bargains . Not a great variety of clothing but more than adequate for this size store. Cashiers are friendly but pump up their general customer service.

Myself always try to avoid going to pep as it is one of the worst at customer service...Me and my wife went there on Wednesday at about 18:00 and let me tell you i worked in retail as i worked my ass off from sales person to department manager to assistant manager to manager...What made things so bad was we were looking for size 8 pumps many staff walked past seeing us battle and search one staff even looking at us with a angry expression on his face as we knocked the shoes down by accident but yet no help we then proceeded to mens where we were looking for jackets then after went to the back looking for winter boots .Not noticing the store was closed we continued looking for winter bajamasOne staff member walking screaming O THERE IS ONE MORE CUSTOMER HERE obviously wanting us to hurry not even 4 min later the same sanario with a different staff memberSO BY THIS TIME WE HAD THE WHOLE STORES PERSONEL STANDING STAIRING AT US ...AND GUESS WHAT NOT ONE PERSON OFFERED TO HELP US..I THEN TOLD MY WIFE LETS PAY before i make a seen getting to the tills .. And now PEP does not have packets ....So we had to carry over R1000 items with packets with no handlesGuys catch a wake up ..These staff is destroying your business. Wonder if they know why the hell they are thereThis pep wil certainly never see me again!
