Bought a pair of earphones and they were making funny sounds . I took them back and explained to the lady who in return spoke to me rudely as if it was my fault. I explained to her that Ive bought the same pair before and theyve never given me hassles, but then she continued to make me look stupid. Honestly thats not a way to treat people. I had bought those earphones a few minutes ago, there isnt anything I could have done to them 🚮

Helo I was at pep store had kids with me and ther was a toy for the kids and it cost 12. 99 Porsche the store manager was rude to us and said not even consider that the kids made a mistake and she was shouting at us . I explained that it was a mistake . I will never go to the pep store at glen again was made to pay for something that I did not want. Many clothes have no tags at peo but she forced me to pay . Im not happy

Easily one of the worst stores around! Unhelpful staff and Paxi parcels sit in the store for EIGHT days before being given over to the courier. Disgusting Paxi service never again!
