Good at first but poor after sales. I had a recliner repaired by Perfect Upholsterers. Their service is prompt and their pricing reasonable by comparison. A week after delivery, the reclining mechanism became faulty. Ever since I have been in touch with them to have them come to repair. The owner made several commitments to come but did not pitch. He now declines to repair his work saying that it worked when he delivered it.

Although it took a bit longer than we were promised, we could not be more thrilled with the quality of the work Perfect Upholstery did for us. They restored our (we thought) ruined, dog-chewed sofa and made beautiful new covers. Very reasonable price.

Good work but need to improve on communication with customer especially if they cant meet deadline.

Owner failed to finish the job, he made excuses and my advice would be to get other people to do the upholstery for you
