Poor service from the receptionist especially if you person of color, was suppose to arrange for my car to repaired, the attitude she gave me was really uncalled for, even one of my friend once warned me about this panel beaters. Will never set my foot in such a disrespectful place.

Was involved in an accident. Took my car here, the receptionists were friendly and helpful and the assessment was super quick. Had to bring it in to leave it for repairs and the guy who was to receive the vehicle was helpful and nice. Hope the service to be received will be as great at the people thus far.

My Hilux was stolen and badly damaged and parts were stolen. VDS repaired the bakkie to its original condition to the point that I could not tell that the bakkie was stolen. Oom Piet really went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the final product and kept me informed at every stage of the repair. Professional and caring is definitely the highlight of VDS. During the period it took to repair my vehicle, I was contacted on a few occasions to give me feedback as to what stage they were at. I got my car back with a terrible shudder. When I told them about it, all they said was that I should bring it in again. I asked whether they are open on Saturdays, Robert said no, but dont you get off on Fridays. No I dont. He said, oh well... Not sure how we can help you, you have to bring the car in. And these are outsurance approved panel eaters. No customer service at all. Not after I paid them the R4200 excess.

Not ecstatic about the service. The sunroof they replaced had wind noise afterwards and the day after we got it it cracked again. Couldve been due to an unrelated incident but Im a bit suspicious. The very next day? Anyway were resubmitting the claim.

The only positive thing about this place is the receptionist who was friendly and helpful . Repairs took a long time and afterwards there were problems on the vehicle which were not present when the car was left with them . Repairs were okay , but not all accident related damages were repaired as the assessor did not list everything on the report to the insurance.
