Not great. Previous three times servicing my car here was a honestly excellent experience, however this time price was hiked shortly after dropping it off. Service guy(think his name is PJ) was extremely rude on phone when I didnt agree with new price. After receiving the car back, I get a burning plastic smell every time I drive the car, so I am quite sure they messed up something. Will go to Boch or someplace else next time

I arrived to replace my window wipers, which they did perfectly. They also assisted me with my window wiper sprayer as it was shooting all over the place. They suggested a small pipe replacement that was cheap, quick and effective. I was super impressed. The guy who helped me was friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I recently relocated to Gauteng from KZN and were made aware of the higher cost of living as compared to KZN. Our vehicle service mileage become due and after many comparative quote request calls to various garages we selected Car Service City Rivonia branch as being the service garage of choice.The staff at the branch made us feel very special and explained what the service would entail in detail making us comfortable with leaving our car in their hands. PJ explained in detail what would be done in the service process especially as we had to have the air-con repaired. He said he would investigate the problem and telephone us with a solution once known. This was done and he said if we agreed he would repair the air-con at the same time.PJ very kindly offered to drop us at home and arranged to collect us when the car service and repair was completed. I would recommend Car Service City Rivonia branch as a service garage of choice and will be using them again for other work I will need for my vehicle to be done at a later date.

After this branch messed up the software on our Volvo we refused to use them again. Following a chance meeting with the new manager and taking our vehicle in, I am now a big fan again. Professional and highly competent. Great because it is so local.

They were able to identify and repair a problem with my brakes and my car leaking brake fluid. It turned out to be rear brake cylinders that needed to be replaced. Everything was done in 1.5 hours. They even made a space for me with out an appointment. They have also identified and help schedule other less urgent problems.

On Saturday morning our car misfired badly and we drove to CDC. We were treated warmly and helped immediately. They made such an effort for us. Replaced the spark plugs quick quick and charged us only for half an hour labour. What an amazing place with super amazing service. Thanks guys. We will definitely be back and recommend you always.

I went to CSC Rivonia because my car was overheating. After 4 days, I was told the car was ready for collection. I went to fetch the car and drove around a bit to test it out. The next day, en route a 400km+ journey, the car started overheating again and all the anti-freeze that I was charged R600 for, came out. Had to call a tow truck, get a new mechanic and book overnight accommodation because it turns out almost all overheating issues result in damaged thermostats...but why didnt CSC pick this up? Its sad that as a woman, I am taken advantage of, grossly overcharged and not even given the proper service I deserve. That car couldve stopped at night because I travel often...and in this country, we all know how that story might have ended!

Friendly and efficient staff. The part for my car arrived when promised, and my car was repaired within the promised time. Apart from this, my car was taken for wheel alignment (all that was charged for was the wheel alignment - no charge for taking it there) It was washed & test driven. I am delighted!!

I am a repeat customer of this branch as the staff give great service but was really disappointed today when I collected my vehicle. It was dirty n full of grease n chips on my bonnet that a relative of the owner insists was there when I brought my vehicle in but is not on the inspection check list. Its a pity as I always receive great service from the staff n a clean vehicle back but the owners relative was not friendly or helpful at all. They attempted to wipe off the grease when I complained but I think I left with a more filthy vehicle than when I got there n they advised they took it to the car wash. Really disappointing experience today. N not because of the staff but more the owners or their relative I should say. No I am suppose to be taking it back next month to complete some work. I dont think I want to now.

Shocking - had a service done on car, a month later there are all of a sudden a whole lot of issues which they want to charge R7500 to fix. Took it elsewhere and had it fixed for R800.
