Their customer service is exceptional! I got there, and before I could even park, one of their friendly staff came to me and ask how could he help. Told him I needed a battery... He showed me where to park and said someone will come and assist me...another staff member came, assessed my battery and he said my battery is still in good condition. I dont have to replace it as yet. They won my heart because of their honesty and good customer service.

Razeen sent Solomon to walk around to my apartment and install a new car battery within minutes of me expressing how urgently I required it to be done. The manager, Dave, went out of his way to help me at closing time. Fair prices, friendly service, and extremely accommodating. This is the third TWT that I have been to and is by far the best. While I live a bit far away, it will be worth the drive to come back here for my next balance/ rotation/ alignment.

Tried to sell me a set of tyres claiming there was a bubble on one sidewall. There wasnt. The idiot salesperson clearly thought I was one, as well. When I posted about the experience on twitter, numerous people complained about the very same scam attempt. Very surprised that Discovery continues to recommend them.

Place and facilities are greatwith unusual location inside the mall parking but actually works great. Some staff could be better trained un customer care while others were great.

Easily accessible and quick service. Leave the vehicle and shop at the centre. I had a problem and it was resolved immediately by TWT staff.

The only TwT ive found that takes some time for small things, like ensuring the steering wheel is straight after alignment. Car was there today for slow puncture and check alignment after someone reversed into front wheel. Was told alignment would need to be redone after damage fixed. No charge for either. Great customer service.

Although Ive never had my tyres changed here, the staff are always friendly and happy to help when I have a problem or just want to double-check my tyre pressure. They provide honest advice and its one of the rare places I havent felt someone trying to swindle a deal out of me just because Im female. Thank you! I will definitely return, and the next time even have my tyres changed there (even though its more expensive than in Pretoria). The service is worth it!

The service required took a little longer than expected but they stayed open after closing hours to finish what needed to be done, were professional and friendly and continually updated me on the status of the job.

Their operating hours are from 8am during the week... Its past 8am, the staff are locked outside and theres no sign of it opening before 8:30
