The sales staff are not very knowledgeable on there products so it takes forever to get the right part.

The service its bad I wont advice anyone for mechanical repairs, I booked in from January 2021 paid 23550 for engen overhaul even now my car is not done Ive lost my job because of their incompetence. Im a field worker using my own car to service my clients. One time they told me to collect the car, the car was misfiring the pulley with the fern belt dropped out on the road while I was driving. They dont do run-ins after engen overhaul, they know their job is incomplete so that they can put a blame on you for exceeding speeds and staff. Zak his not friendly and a skelem they took out my back wiper to replace it on the other car,luckily I noticed what has happened I told him I know what u have done please replace my wiper if I didnt notice he was going to deny about the wiper.

Zach is no business person, he takes advantage of other people and never gets the job done ..so to those who are looking to get their cars fixed this is not the place to take your car too. We came to confront him regarding a car that has been at his premises for over 5 months.. what he did was to call the police to come take us out.. we are still yet to receive the car.

If you got any engin problems....look no futher the mechanic at the workshop and his staff is verry helpfull and they know what they doing,friendly staff and go the extra mile,pay them a vissit if you strugle with engin mechanical problems,with the spare parts shop you may find almost all you need for your car or truck. Pay them a vissit,realy a good experiance on my mechanical problem on my car....had a problem for almost 4 months batteling to get this sorted,after 3 hours at Tata Ma mechanic team....all sorted lm so happy with the service and staff thank you🙏

They never come back to you, even when you phone them back there are no answers. It seems like customer service is not a priority
