Terrible service, bought engine and gearbox from them, both faulty when I told them about the problems I was sent from pillar to post. There is no customer care, they are full of nonsense, please people try MYM auto I got good professional service from them and they allowed return without any fuss

Very poor customer service; they sent me pictures of the engine I needed and I confirmed to be on the way to pick up the engine. Informed Brandon Id be on the road for 1 1/2 hours. Upon my arrival they had sold the said engine and wanted to flog a wreck of an engine to me at R500 discount off R15,500! They have an attitude of take or leave it; their customer service sucks! Id give them a zero rating if it was possible.

In the past I have bought a few very nice engines from these guys, but my last engine was a total disaster, Some monkey opened it and tried to fix it and these guys sell it to me. Really, please be careful, you will NOT have any back up or warranty if anything goes wrong. The courier costs to get the engine back to them is for your account. The labour involved is your loss. In the past I referred a lot of my clients to buy engines here, but they lost me as a client.Please beware, no warranty, no help, if they promise a replacement engine, the labour involved is your loss, the courier back to them is on your account, the refund is only given after their experts review the engine and is found faulty. In my case I asked permission to open up and see what the fault is, then I spend 2 hours to work out a estimate to repair, that was not accepted, I was advised to closed up and they will test it, and send back on my own cost. This is totally BS. Engine remove and install on my cost, new gaskets and cyl head bolts on my cost, just to ship it back on my cost and hope I get a refund.

The public should be very careful buying any engines from Rojan, engines and Gearboxes Pty (Ltd) Engines. Once you have paid, Zain, or no one at the company is willing to assist with anything. They are also very quick to tell you that you do not have to do business with them in the future. POOR, POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!!
