Pirates itself has a wide range of affordable parts sold by knowledgable sales people. The problem is the harrassment of the pavement mechanics that surround the place, they are not shy to follow customers into the spares shop and abuse them in front of staff and security. You will even be threatened outside if you dont do business with certain mechanics who know you, I was told by a drink mevmchanic that he would knife me for failing to give the job to him.

Good place to get cheap spares for a huge variety of cars. No complains from me.

I struggled to get a timing belt for my Mazda 626SL 12 valve 92 model at other auto spares around Louis Botha avenue but when i went there they had and i was relieved so you wont go wrong and they can order stuff if they dont have

This very busy vehicle parts and motor spares shop have pretty everything and anything one looks for, for their vehicle. If they dont have it, they find it. Well known brand parts and even old, outdated parts can be found there. The team of consultants are helpful and know their stuff..

Very nice Shop and theyre open longer hours than competitors on weakeneds but they are usually 10-20% more expensive than goldwagen and other nearby retailers.

They are always helpful and go an extra mile just to try and help you, you must just know how to get that out of them.

Really well run African-tailored business. All the parts you need to keep your car is top working condition. If they dont have your part, they can get it in a day or two. If would recommend going with someone knowledgeable if unsure. Theres some (fly by night) mechanics who can be very persuasive
