I wish I could give it zero. Service is very slow and they are rude. They proceed to help customers they want to attend to even when you let them know that you were there first. Another lady that wanted clarity on the invoices of the items she bought, they were just very rude to her from the cashier to and again at the collection point. The guy at the collection point was just the worst. If you do not want to deal with the public to not ope a store. I dont know what kind of customer relations training the staff goes to but it has left a bitter taste. I will rather pay more at other stores than use my money at a place that values certain customers. I got the feeling that women are not wanted there the way we were treated in August womans months no less.

Grand Mark is big manufacturing company of body parts located in Johannesburg. They deal with all kind of bordy parts of all cars like fenders, wind screens, headlights and corner lights, doors and bonnets too. Their services are very quick but they take too long to attend the calls.

Very poor quality windscreen - not recommended at all. My original windscreen lasted 7 years. I replaced the the OE one with a Grandmark. The Grandmark is less than 2 years old and is totally sandblasted - needs replacement now.

They take too long to answer phone calls.

I was refered to you by a colleague.Thank you for the horrible service and attitude over the telephone lady receptionist.I kept holding the telephone for more than 15 minutes just for a quote and my call kept being transferred.

Tried calling for a quotation, I spoke to 6 different people who kept transfering me to the next person. They eventually dropped the call

Terrible service. No one answers and when they do they dont know their parts at all. They shouldnt be doing retail if their customer service is so pathetic.

The invoice and payment system is terrible with long wait times , the employees themselves are friendly , but you want for a pick up number , they a printout , then cashier , then back to fetch the part. Its a slow system that other shops have made more efficient.

Not sure if they really want business, im being sent from pillar to post, calls not being answered if at all answered its the wrong department. Take your business somewhere dont waste your time with Grandmark.i asked for the manager who took my details and apologized and will get someone to call me back. i was called back as he promised but the part i needed was not listed with them

Bad experience they dont answer the phones and when I come on Saturday all the ways at 12 30 they says close but the website says 1pm its bad
