The companys vision to be the ultimate MB used parts supplier on the continent is worlds away from what they can actually deliver on. I have not been able to source a single part from them for a relatively modern and common MB car model.

Its a great place to find second hand and brand new parts for Mercedes. They have a lift and stairs which is good. Friendly and good customer service.

The worst place to be so unprofessional and absurd in as far as the service is concerned. Regretted every moment why I even wasted my time going there.The Owner referred to as the Boss is so professional immature and a waste of service personnel one would encounter.The Salesman on the other hand is a professional and a pathetic liar who sales disfunctional spare parts. This place is a NO No go area.

Slow service. Waited for more than 30mins just to check for the parts. Salesmans are unproffesional and not helpful at all.
