Excellent service when you get in. Prices are good. The negative side is the queue. I suppose it cannot be changed, simply because of popularity. If you call in and get a picking slip number, then its magic. 👍

The que is long but you will find what you need and at very affordable prices. You can call in before going to ensure they have what you need.

Parking is still a big issue, queues inside are now better after the extension onto the next building, however its still taking longer after paying to get your parts. Sometimes you dont even know how long you should be waiting for parts as theres no order , some people come after you and get their stuff while you still waiting there.

Located in bad part of town. Had organized via email for a collection only to be turned away because of stock take (while the rest of the shoppers were still happily shopping). Persons who directed people from the door and between service counters were helpful.

Best price in town on all parts. Theres never been a time when I couldnt find a part I needed at B2B. They are so customer centric, always trying to improve their waiting time, putting gazebos for customer to queue under, re engineering their processes consistently.

Very busy spares shop with long queue, i think is better you go there in the morning than in the middle of the day. Otherwise their spare parts are very less and the good think about them they sell parts for every car brand.

The place is being upgraded to cater for long customer queues that normally snake around this building.This is a good move ever. Personally, they failed to honor their stock availability to me. Thus resulting in me losing transportation money and time. I was promised that the part will be available the following week. They should rather have a part ordering system with reference numbers given to customer and maybe call the customer when the part is available. Im puzzled by the way they allow some customers to skip the queue in order to be served before anyone else.

Great place to get parts and service kit at reasonably cheaper parts. Honda wants R2500 to service my car but at Bumper to bumper spent only R600 to get parts and a mechanic charged me only R250 to service a car, thanks to Bumper to Bumper

Parts are reliable and affordable. Quality is good. Better to call and order then you can just pay and recieve. But the waiting is a bit long but it can go fast on times. Having to be around in a cramped in this times isnt good but can be sorted out better

So much of come backs of wrongly supplied parts . I had to come back two more times and i had to fight for my full refund without their their unreasonable 20% handling fee. On the third encounter I had to take consumables instead of the wrong break pads they had supplied me. How do you charge a customer for your incompetent stuff after all it cost me time and money to return to the shop . Consider doing some training on customer service/carePathetic service!

Extremely poor customer service. I was told delivery would be at no cost by the lady at reception, it says so on the website as well. When I finally got put through to the sales department to make my order the guy was rude, saying we dont do deliveries bye and put the phone down on me completely disregarding my order after having waited to get redirected and giving him my part information.Based on the area of this shop, the call line, its not worth it. Rather go spend R50-R100 extra on the part at a more reputable and safer shop. Ive never seen a parts shop so arrogant as to turn away an easy sale. I didnt get my order number either so big waste of time with these guys.

Bad service bought two rear shocks opened one to check if it was the right one only to realise that the other one was a used one boxed. Called the manager and said will come show you what came from your shop NOT THAT I WANTED TO CHANGE WAS JUST CAUTIONING HIM. He rudly said there is no way that shock came from his store went back to buy another one as other stores dont sell singles I checked the shock in their sight the shock was used in 2 weeks I got two used shocks at their storePLEASE CHECK YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE
