Service / part centre good variety of new and old service stock , bike service w shop fast and has knowledge off most late model kawasaki s bikes ,not overcrowded and sales staff that a person can ask and negotiate with ,old skool and on point

We will always do our best to rectify the situation by replacing faulty parts free of charge or whatever neccessary to ensure customer satisfaction and safty. All this within reason obviously.

Replaced my bikes fork seals for the first time since i had my bike (Had it for 5 years and did +-70000km) took it there about 2 Years ago a few days later had to replace my front wheel bearings(also the first time).a few months ago i had to replace the fork seals again(+-78000km)not really happy but what can you do.last week started hearing noises from the front wheel.After checking the brake disc and pads i checked the bearings.Realized that when i took the bike to them thy only replaced 1 bearing as 1 is oem and 1 other but charged me for both.its places like this that causes people not to trust Mechanics at bike shops.People are free to use this place to work on there bikes but would recommend they check the work carried out.Taking shortcuts with things like this could cost someone there live/lives.

If you can deal with the fact that literally everyone takes lunch at the same time, leaving you to wait for an hour before they can assist you then you should be fine, but dont expect any kind of timed service. At all.
