I purchased parts on last day prior to lockdown, I did not receive one quite expensive aircon filter, and I do realise its my job to check as well, but as they gather everything at the back and place it in a bag, you just walk out, they also gave me the wrong air filter and as I drove quite some distance before I could service my vehicle I got stuck without being able to do so. Tried calling numerous times but no answer.
