To all the enthusiasts and customers out there. Be very careful of Chris Dicks and his company Dicktator . Google him, very bad news from customers on the forums, service is terrible, they will sell you and repair product bill you but if you need any help they are just rude and unhelpful. When you put a aftermarket ECU on your car you want to know that the backup and service is top notch. I am afraid with these Dicktaor guys its sorely lacking and when we install these ECUs on our cars we want support for many years to come. With me I bought a Topfueller ECU which they manufactured and dont make anymore but they will gladly repair and update software to current updated Dicktator software at a cost but once they have done that they are not willing to help any further. They are not interested in their customers only themselves and their time we are wasting when we ask them for help. They will tell you that whilst they made it, sold it and profited out of it they will not help you without charging you and then no further. Ask yourself what will happen to older systems in 5 years time you may have the same problem as i am having, be aware before you decide on your ECU system who the people behind the hardware and software are because I can promise you, you will have problems at some point which you need support. Think of your ECU as a long term investment and spend your money wisely on people who are not rude and arrogant and most of all willing to help. I recommend to stay away from this product we should not support companies that do not support us. Fortunately there are many other brands out there to choose from !
