My car has been with your dealer in Bloemfontein for 20 days, and the parts have not even arrived yet, I have to contact them to ask whats going with the car, service is pathetic. Also I regret buying an Opel car.

I have been bitterly disapointed in recent weeks by the so called service in the service department.--Williams Hunt @ Fourways.over the last twelve months excluding the lock-down period i have had to recall my vehicle to the service department for issues arising from the installation of various parts --were the constant recalls i have made HAVE NOT been resolved and it appears that i must accept these faults as being of a minor nature,-and just pay up and smile. My vehicle - a 2014 opel Astra Cosmo has in this period cost more than R80.000 which is just short of the trade in value of the car.the car was bought and serviced at Williams Hunt over the six year period the model has since been discontinued --but the relevance of that should not be that the acceptance of its condition as the fault could not be sucessfuly found should not be the service that can be described as the best offered by the dealership.--Under stress by this inaction i will seek confidence in other service dealers for a resolution to my vehicles problems.

Attention Opel SAI love my Opel. She is a 2014 Astra 1.6t cosmo sedan which i bought new.This model was launched during November 2013.The write up was superb built qualty solid real German quality etc.This is really a wonderful car to drive and to own.I have however have experienced the following problem which is higly upsettingThe coil pack keeps on packing up and it has never more then a year or to.This is now the 3rd time that i can remember might even be the 4th time and my car has only done 80,000 kilos.The car is now out the warranty and the cost is for my pocket.I understood the coil packs should as least last for 75,000 Km. This is just not good enough.This is just not good enough. I believe the new Astra is to be launched in June. How can i even think to replace my vehicle with the new car.I have never had problems with my Dealer ships eg Barlows and Williams Hunt PretoriaThe service i have been receiving from Louis at Williams Hunt is excellent. I would rate him more than competent

Ive been struggling since December with Opel Bellville to repair my Opel, first they said its my clutch, then my car battery and now they say they replaced my clutch pedal and dont see any further issues, yet my car still suffers the same issue as before. The service manager Adrian does not return my calls. How can I get my in warranty car fixed? Should I go to the vehicle ombudsman or consumer protection? Common Opel, all I want is for you to fix my car. Its your responsibility. I dont have time and energy for such BS. Fix it or buy it back.

Middelburg Isuzu/Opel Dealership is failing/struggling/unable/striving? to fix my car since 05 June 2019, went there on two occasions in August 2019 after they called saying it was fixed which was not true and yesterday and to top things up when i got there while the car was still not fixed, my spare wheel is missing, the battery is dead while mine was in a perfect condition. I am very disappointed and i wonder what more is missing that I might have missed. How can i struggle with taxis from June 2019 to date? What advice can i give

My Corsa has a problem with the central locking and have to wait two weeks for service in my area not all dealerships are doing warranties in warranty period. I suspect Opel will be pulling out eventually as well.
