Rating edited. From a 4 Star, to a 2 Star. Simply because, I was a returning client, as the first order went well. The second time I tried, getting an order, I requested a quote via email, ccd Elijah and Ellen, I got two different quotes from both of them. Elijah was the first to respond with a lower price, and Ellen, following Business day gave a different price, by then I had sent my client a quote with Elijahs rate. I called a few times to try and understand what happened, but Elijah was evasive and kept referring me to Ellen. Ellen then explained that she get prices from Elijah, shes confused herself because she gets the Glass Prices from Elijah. She said Elijah will call me because its his mistake. He never called, instead I tried calling and again hes evasive, telling me hes receiving another call his driver is getting lost. I am still waiting for that call.I was truly disappointed, because I understand that mistakes do happen, however I wasnt happy in which this matter was handled. Elijah couldve been more professional and acknowledged the mistake, and honour his word when he promised to return the call.

They cut to big and not square. And before i payed they said 10 min the moment i paid suddenly changes to 30 min🤷🤦

When I got there I was told to wait for someone who is still eating, over 15 minutes later I am assisted then had to go withdraw money as their speed point is not working properly..... Never even got a receipt after paying a price for a genuine mirror
