I have made use of Tune-Tech for quite awhile now and i keep wondering when the service level or dedication will fail but it never does! It amazes me that in a country where bad service is an everyday situation that these guys and every single one of their staff really does stand apart and above all. Their knowledge, assistance, pricing and dedication is unmatched in every way and outshines any dealership & or service department. I cant tell you how many times I come away gobsmacked by them. I commend them and their management for what seems to be an impossible task in SA to achieve such levels of professionalism. Last point id like to mention here is that they quoted me for work which i approved and when i got my car back the final price was less than quoted and I would not be the wiser if they charged me the approved fee but they do what needs to be done and this speaks to their integrity. I owned several BMWs over my time and i will continue to have an older one out of plan just so i can experience this level of professional service. Amazing guys truly! thank you.

Apparently this workshop works on E30 BMWs, Initially they too busy to take my car and gave me a date that I did not want , and they got upset about this.I towed my car there which was R1200 per trip , only to be told a few days later ,that the mechanic cannot work on the car because there is a lot of work that must be done.Another R1200 to tow my car to another dealer. So I wasted R2400 at this place , they claim to work on car but then dont want to work on your car. I understand my car needed a lot of work so they should have told me upfront they cannot work on cars that needs work.The receptionist was rude because I did come to there place the first time around, and then the mechanic called me and told me rudely he cannot work on my car. On there website it says break downs ,non runners that can be fixed but you end up going there for nothing.I would not recommend this place .

Awesome service from Diba and Chester which incl regular updates and exceptional customer service. To add to this, personal attention from Sean himself to each client. Very rare to have a service provider give you good advice and trying to help you keep down costs. This is one of those places and Sean is that guy, legend in the industry but super humble.

The only reason this is a four star rating is because I could not select a 4,8 or 4,9; it would not be 100% fair if I said it was a 5 star, because of something very small.But the way is was dealt with and sorted out thank you to the Tune-Tech team.Although Ill be relocating to Mpumalanga I will not service my vehicle anywhere else but Tune-Tech Im shore it is worth the +-600km drive to have them look after my baby.I would Highly recommend Tune-Tech to any BMW owner, at least try them once and decide for yourself.

Very expensive...good service but replace brake pads too soon. Staff dont interact well. I have a transcript of the conversation on whatsapp where they dont respond.. Rear Brakes were not an option, I had to replace.They are however cheaper than the agents
