Called a few battery places but all wanted to charge a premium on the battery as well as charge a call out fee for installation, Ashton from Batteries and More gave me an all inclusive fee and fitted the battery within an hour. Fantastic and efficient service. This is what you get from an owner managed store. Will not hesitate to use them again!!!

I called in early this morning for a battery on my wifes Volvo that was dead. Ashton was amazing in getting his driver who was also just as professional in getting the battery replaced. Last week I needed a car battery replaced and phoned Batteries and More to provide and install a new battery where the car had broken down. The team arrived on site very quickly, they were helpful and efficient in replacing the battery and answered all my questions. Invoice with warranty also provided. I fixed my alternator on Sunday and was advised to get a new battery for it to work. After 2days I bought the battery still not working. I called the guy and he tells me to pay R350 call out fee. I refused because its hardly 3days and the car never worked from day when it was fixed. The guy is so pathetic and rude. Telling me to look at the invoice. What a bad service and poor customer care. I have not driven the car at all its hardly 3days and I must pay more. Im disgusted by this company.

I dislike leaving bad comments about companys but found batteries and more totally useless and unhelpful to the point that I was actually confused by the time I put the phone down.

Always fantastic service, and always a great job done. Ive been a customer of Batteries and More for quite a few years. Not only do they supply decent products, but their workmanship is superb. They fixed my starter motor on my VW Caddy. This was over a year ago. Had no issues since. I highly recommend you give them a try.
