My car was making a strange noise. All I wanted was for some to take a listen and advise me to book the car in for a service asap or its something miner that can wait until month end. After about a 45min wait a clearly irritated guy came over andsuggested I book the car in for a check up. Why keep me waiting. You could have told me that when I walked in. The fan belt came loose driveng home that everything. Car almost over heated but managed to get home. Not on guys.

My car engine was over heating and it was towed in for repairs. Auto Mac guys assesed and found issue was with the radiator cap and replaced it. This is actually the third time they have resolved my issue without charging me too much. They do not overcharge and I highly recommend using them. I will not advice anyone to use auto mac. the charge me alot of money for my car yet they never fixed anything.they take forever to give you feedback on your car. you have to call them to get updates.they charged me for things they said they wont charge me for.i will never go to them to help

Took my car in for a service - took over 10 hours to complete and didn’t get a phone call when it was completed. Luckily I called and got there before they closed up shop and locked my car in. (They still weren’t done when I arrived)[Update]It’s now a year later. I decided to give AUTOMAC a second chance at redemption. Unfortunately had the exact same issue occur but now I’ve been told there wasn’t enough time for my car to be washed.On top of that there has been plastic wrappers and rubbish left in in my car from the service parts.Spoke to Des and him that I won’t be coming back was told that he is sorry it wouldn’t happen again (even though this is the second time). He didn’t see too worried about losing a client.

What a pleasure to finally find a great mechanic whos sole purpose is not to rip you off by replacing unnecessary parts... Genuine honest service from somebody who is interested in a long term relationship with his customers. Oh and the car wash after the service is excellent too!

Des has a few rare characteristics which I haven’t been able to find in mechanics of late. He is trustworthy and reliable (and obviously very knowledgeable) Thank you Fes, great service is hard to come by, but not at Auto MAC.

I Had a Restricted performance problem on my Jag 2.2D. Owner Des did diagnostic and found out problem in 30min and fix it quickly, properly with reasonable price. Des is very professional and friendly. I want to give him 10 stars. Well done!

Bad service..brought battery for testing they couldnt check it instead put it on charge for 2 hours and told me there is nothing wrong ..but charge me..yet the battery was still not working... SHARKS!!!
