Extremely poor customer service. I had to constantly call them to find out what was happening with my vehicle.I accidentally left a keyring that was also a memory stick upon collecting my car, the keyring was missing. I informed Shane of this immediately and firstly he advised that no one knew anything about my key and secondly he would call me back about it. Needless to say I am still waiting for the call and it has been over a month. I left my Guess sunglasses in the car and they are still there, but you allow your staff to steal my keyring.Nobody is even interested in replying to emails.Shocking experience and would definitely not recommend.

Worst service ever. This shop costed me a lot of money which goes over R15 000. I requested for them to fetch my Jaguar XF for a quote. They sent a tow truck, prepared a quote and returned my vehicle short of the front bumper, grill, number place and headlamp. I asked Jonathan, the guy l was dealing with from the Rooderpoort branch and he said we cleared the yard.How can a professional company clear customers parts as scrap?.I have never in my life heard of such. Jonathan told me there is nothing we can do to help as we have cleared everything. They stripped my car and threw costly and important parts away. I doubt it was cleared but maybe sold as parts to others.This is not a shop at all

Bad experience had to wait over 3hrs for a driver to go and drop me off..thats ridiculous.

Did not complete the job as per my request. Was told the evening before collecting car that I must pay R1000.00 which I did. First thing I checked was the bumper and saw nothing was done. Then I was told yes but absa - another incompetence bunch on its own- did not tel them about the bumper. To put petrol on fire then I was told but the R1000 I paid was wrong should pay in an extra R2500 for the half job done. Even tough they later said i can leave the R2500 how many people get scammed into additional payments because the person that did the first invoice did it wrong. I am taking the car to a bumper repair centre down the road from there and will give feedback on price and workmanship.

No greetings from the receptionist. I have to wait for more than 20 min before getting assistance from the assessor.

Horrible horrible service, my car was not sorted on time, half job was done, had to take the car back again, the guy who was helping me never in any way apologizes, my stuff gone missing, lies about the work done, my spare wheel was used, courtesy car they gave me was like a death trap

Mixed feelings. I get the car back within 2 weeks. Damage on tailgate is fixed very nicely. Parking sensors now not working. Other damage to heat shield not fixed.

This is so disappointing and not acceptable. Gave in my car for minor hail damage last week Friday 2 March 2018. My vehicle has not even gone to the spray booth yet and today is the 14 March 2018. This is such an inconvenience to your customers. Very unhappy.........
