The best service i have ever received. my car was stoned during the unrest in the country, i took my car to Safana panel beaters on monday and they gave me an ETA of completion for the following monday, guess what they completed the job on thursday 2 days ealier than their ETA and they actually drop my car off at my place at no extra cost.

Courtesy from the employees. The tea/Coffee station is not on point. Wifi not available/ accessible at the time of visit. Put more effort in your hospitality for customers it really goes a long way.

Sad that my car is being written off, none the less, we received good and friendly service from Jabu. Its a good place, spacious and cars are nicely spaced and covered.

Friendly faces of staff, exellent telephone manner & following up from the receptionist Portia, she greets you before you are even in the door. Workshop manager Mr.Muthusi has gone out of his way to have my car done by a set date, showing me the workshop on arrival & following up with the client on a regular basis. Car was ready for collection and cleaned/polished on the agreed date & time.I would recommend Safana Panelbeaters anyday, friendliest & most professional company i have dealt with in a long time!

Horrible work. Save your money and go to a cheap panelbeater in Malvern, who will do a better job for less than the cost of your excess. Not sure why Outsurance uses these clowns

I picked up my car today and I was super impressed with the workmanship. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. They gave me a tour of the workshop when I dropped off the car. Portia, Gerald and Mothusi-thank you guys. I was further honoured to meet the owner Mr Maqubela who personally thanked me for choosing them.

One of their branded vehicles drove through a red traffic light this morning. Corner Highland Road and Queen Street at 7:45. Could have caused a big accident.

I have used them twice.Great service each time.There was an one issue where the paint had not set by the time a picked up the car, due to rainy weather, and this caused small ripples in the affected area. They took my car back, no questions asked, and fixed it in record speed. Car looks good as new.

My car lights were not checked after the repair but they did a good repair job nonetheless

Always happy with the work done by Safana Panel Beaters, I highly recommend Safana.

Beware of these people. Their staff assaulted my wife (& tries assaulting me)after they crashed into her and fled the scene. Also threatened us. After escalating this to their management, they could not care less. Refused to give any information on the staff involved so we couldnt press charges. Not only that their staff drive along Langerman Drive in Kensington like crazy putting innocent lives at risk. AVOIDOn Hello Peter there are other stories of their staff assaulting other women too.

Horrible service. Safana received authorisation for repair valued at R26 941.41 on the 7 June. The car was at the panelbeaters from 24th May.It is now 29 July and the repairs are still not complete. In the month that ive dealt with Safana. Their phones did not work for a week. I have been passed from person to person. From Fannie to Frans to Ray all with excuses. They dont call you back when they say they will. They make promises that they do not keep and make excuses like finding the paint colour was difficult and getting parts takes a month. Poor service and I will not recommend them to anyone.

My car was written off so I didnt really interact much with them.
