Best service anyone can ever wish for...The owner is one of the most authentic mechanic I have ever met. Someone told me that the clash needs to be replaced as well as aircon gas...I was received well, they took my car for test drive and also checked the gas and everything was according to standard..if it were any other mechanic, they would have taken advantage of the situation. I also visited Polo Auto Air with windscreen chip, I was told to first claim with insurance then the insurance company will tell me how much is access then glass fitting company will come to fix it at my convince.Not many mechanics will explain the whole procedure...He also took his time to check my service book and told me that the car needs a service, before I can claim from warranty its best to service the car then if there are any issues one can claim...Due to Covid I was not using the car as often as other years as a result I had not serviced the car because it was not yet due...The mechanic explained that it is a good practice to service a car once a year even if the milage is not yet due, its for my safety....Thank you for always being helpful and having the best customer service in your industry...keep up the good work..I would recommend to everyone especially ladies since mechanics turn to take advantage of lack of knowledge when it comes to cars..

I suspect I was ripped off. did a major clutch part replacement that went wonky within a year. The owner had an attitude to boot!

One star is too much. Money extortion. Start quote from 500 to replace aircon agent, then 2000 paid upfront for tubes replacement, then 3700 for parts of compressor charging. At 2000 I found the better bet to pass and withdraw. Money paid for nothing. Dont be amused by the owner calling himself the professional every sentence and calling you - bush engineer. Arrogancy and non-professionalism is modus operandi there. Professional will thoroughly investigate the problem and quote once without cutting the dogs tail piece by piece.

Quick and effective. Only gad a leaking aircon seal, but sorted in 20 minutes. Will recommend for the area.
