The owner is so arrogant, he makes customers to stand outside the shop. He claims to have parts, only when you want to buy he tells you that parts are not in the shop and he has to fetch them in Pretoria. He doesnt have good business ethics.

Nice shop with great Management and staff

Recently took my car there. They took over three days to find a new bumper. I had to constantly call to find out how far they were with fixing it. At one point I was told to bring the car only to find out a day later that it wasnt fixed. When I eventually collected the car I was told to pay over R2k although, a day before, the balance was R800 less. I vigorously protested but the elderly gentleman was adamant. Fortunately, calls were made to other parties of the business, who confirmed that I had paid a balance, and indeed I should only pay 1,2k... It wasnt a pleasant experience at all.
