Wait can be a little long, especially for assessments, when they are busy. However, top notch service received and they have one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Truly a great repair shop & assessment centre. Appreciate the work.

Im not happy, with service. My car is still the workshop it been more 3weeks now. And the telling that they need to order some parts from overseas. Im struggling , taking ober to work everyday while I have car, coming month end I have to pay installment. Thinking I have paid off the panelbeater. So please stop making ampty promise to your customer.you said its a gone be 7working days, and it more than 30 days.😠

Place not beautiful, staff good

The work carried out took much longer than I was told. Management was very friendly and I appreciated his personal attention when I collected the vehicle and had concerns about the work carried out. He was patient and explained everything to give me peace of mind. Only problem was that Deedee from Discovery Insurance never showed up for the final inspection. The owner did however try to explain the repairs to me.

I gave them a 1 star cause theres no option for zero. Worst experience ever.

Substandard workmanship, Ive been in the industry for 6 years and got told this is the best job and Noone can do it better than what they did but there was fish eyes and scratches on the paint work damages to my window rubber. Its a brand new bakkie.

I highly recommend getting your car repaired at this bodyshop. My car has a very unique and difficult colour to match but to my amazement they matched the colour perfectly. Thank you Hofbro for the friendly and amazing service received from the front desk and even the gentlemen who repaired my vehicle and from the drivers too. This is a 10 star review.

Extremely shocking service! I took my car in for minor repairs which took an entire month to complete, I had to call in repeatedly to ask for feedback because I received no responses to my emails. My boot was damaged in the process and I was lied to and told it was due to wear and tear but there was nothing wrong with the boot when the car was brought in.

Had an incredible experience with Hofbro. Car fixed within given time frame and service was excellent. Huge credit must be given to Cherilee and Desire who were exceptionally helpful and friendly!

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Also arranged to bring me home: a distance of 33 km. The touch up paint job is excellently done. I did not have to go back to fix something that was not done: no extra marks or scratches etc. My vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed. As clean as the day I picked it up from the showroom.

The service was great

A job that was supposed to take a week in fact took almost a month. When I complained because my car lights were not in working order I was told that my car will have to be sent to an auto electrician down the road. I only got feedback when I called to complain otherwise I never got any feedbaack. Definitely would not recommend this place

Decent service 2nd time round which included a R1000 excess discount and a loan vehicle. Im however not overly excited about the paintwork which left telltale signs of being resprayed.

The only reason there is a 1 star is because you cant rate them with no stars...This organisation needs to improve their internal organisation and more importantly , with their customer base.They could not find the car that my wife had left with them on the Friday afternoon after they had received it. It took a personal visit to the premises to show them which one and where it was..hen my wife tooknthe car to them, she was subjected to two staff members avoiding signing to receive it in case they got into trouble...While the car was in their shop..instead of giving regular daily progress feedback, the customer had to phone in every two days and enquire... while they took their time ...and ratcheted up additional hiring costs at the customers expense.Most unimpressed... even my wife suggested they be rated with no stars.
