Had my old sub and amp transferred from my old car into my new car. Great workmanship, friendly service, an speedy turnround time. Guy (whom assisted me) was incredibly helpful. Competitive price too.

Had an alarm fitted by this company approx 6 months ago and now having major problems with it. This includes not being able to deactivate the alarm and having to be towed home, and the alarm going off most nights even when not activated. Took the vehicle back to Car Boutique who first off all tried blaming the cell phone towers for the problem, and then refused to fix it without my receipt, which I couldnt find. When I mentioned that they must have my registration number on their system with the installation details I got a negative response. They finished by stating that I HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!! Absolute rubbish service, but nothing else I can do about it.

Do NOT go anywhere near this place if you value customer service.Paid R4800 to have R2300 worth of equipment installed. My own fault I should have done my homework.2 days later the reverse camera stopped working.Just like many others have experienced recently, when you go back to complain and get it sorted out, they blame the previous person who worked on the car.When you tell them its been working perfectly for 4 months since that installation and it must be something they did, they get aggressive, swear at you in front of other customers and chase you out the shop.Avoid these 2 clowns like the plague.

Poor quality work on parking sensors installation and when complaining about itThey tried to fix the problem, but they did not seem to know what they are doing.Instead of sorting out the problem, the owner Greg started to sort me out by shouting at me and said he want to have nothing to do with my car again and walked away. He said that I was the only person to complain about their services, but when I read through the reviews, it seems different.My opinion is if you are unhappy about their work, you get shouted at and you must leave their shop.I would not recommend anyone to use their servicesKind regards Frans

The guys were so quick and pricing was excellent. I found workmanship could have been slightly better , but the problem was actually the amplifiers stupid Chinese instructions. They fooled me the first time too and I had to use experience to fix the issue. But wow. They helped me in 15min , only charged for the bare essentials and I will 100% use them again .

Amazing amazing service! Needed to get a new Subwoofer installed in my car, and they did it with out any issues. And very efficiently! Amazing customer service!I even had an issue with a previous installation, asked them about it and fixed it within minutes!Would Highly recommend!

They could not assist me. Only used to standard fitment. Their tech skinned the wire with his to and did poor diagnostics. I was willing to pay the premium price, but their service was poor. The management staff need to get involved.

Difficult to rate! Whilst one partner is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to assist this gets a 5 star. The other partner killed the experience by walking away from an airbag electronic issue following fitment. Essentially making it the customers problem....my advice ensure that you have solid proof prior to any work, that there are no issues with your vehicle, especially with dashboard warning lights as they WILL deny responsibility.

Went there to have a radio installed and one moved, the radio I bought somewhere else was unceremoniously tossed onto the passenger seat and 5 minutes later the guy yelled at me from across the building to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I decided to rather leave. Highly professional, would totally go back there again.

Had a few queries, they helped without issues. Originally without seeing the car, they have great advice, after seeing the car they only changed the make of radio I would need. Unlike other places that was adding faceplates and a variety of unnecessary accessories

Went there with a problem of dimming lights( Would seem as if im flashing people every time the bass hit), the usual suggested fix would not work therefor i was immediately told that i would not be charged (+10 for honesty). I then listed what i needed to have done with my budget , everything i needed was done, not a cent over my budget. Employees are happy people which in turns means better work. Would recommend to anyone , especially those with limited car audio knowledge.

Went in for an alarm and central locking installation. Turnaround time is 3hours, they delivered a working system to to my specifications 👌🏽Guy even fixed and set my sound at no extra charge. Give that man a Bell!!
