Friendly helpful staff. Does exactly what they say. Phoned me to tell me that some parts needs urgent replacement. Washed my car, and all checkpoints was done with me before handover after my service. I will definitely recommend this service center to all my family and friends. Thank you guys! Yes, I must say, the service at this branch is tremendously good even in Covid time. I bought something here for the first time yesterday and its definitely worthwhile. Compared to other Goldwagen branches I have been to, where service was marginal, this branch was excellent. Well done, keep up the good service, and the likes of me will continue to support you.

Good place for getting parts, however i had 2 instances where i needed something and they did not have and would not even try to source from another branch. I had to pickup the phone myself and found that the Midrand branch had what i was looking for. Also always have a sample of what you need as you might end up getting the wrong part.

If I was able to give you guys no star I would do so with a smile on my face. Your service on the phone is the worse. What’s the point of answering your phones if you going to put me on hold the whole time and yet keep on assisting other people on the side.

These guys completely lost my business today!! Bought and fitted an in-tank fuel pump. The supply lines didnt align. Called the guys, clearly explained the situation and asked whether I could return the part, which they confirmed. Brought the part back to the store in perfect condition and original packaging well within their 3-day return policy. They proceeded to spent much time sniffing and smelling the item for petrol fumes and then bluntly refused to accept the return and refund claiming fitment, which I had already disclosed. Typically decent service, but this experience was an embarrassing and unnecessary waste of my time and money. HIghly disappointed with such poor service as a Frequent Customer. Now sitting with an unwanted part and out of pocket R1, 300. Will take my business to another Goldwagen store in future.

They have what you need but take a sample with otherwise you get the wrong parts even when you provide them with the vin number of your car

I called goldwagen fourways on the number provided on the website. When the call was answered by James, he asked me to hold. I held on for 4 minutes, called back had the opportunity to hold on for another 4 minutes. I was looking for a cylinder head for a golf 1 1.8. It took James 30 seconds to tell me that they dont sell it. I wasted 8 minutes for SOME ONE to tell me that they dont sell what Im looking for. In the background there were other phones being answered as I waited on the phone. This is really sad, terrible customer service. RATHER DONT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU ARE BUSY, PASS IT ON!

Sales rep was extremely unwelcoming. I was helped with what I needed but he was just not friendly at all. I alway shop at the Randburg Branch and they are always so friendly and welcoming. Will NEVER shop at the Fourways Branch again

Obsoletely bad customer service.. Tried all morning to phone and kept me on hold for about 30min every time. Eventually when they answered and I could get my part it was 12:10.. When we arrived 1 min after closing time when they KNEW I WAS ON MY WAY!!! THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME, SOME YOUNG GUY SAID THEY CLOSED A LONG TIME AGO. but I was there at 12:31 closing time was 12:30.Really bad customer service guys come on.. Now I loose money due to I cant get to work cause I need to find the part on Monday again but not by you, sorry.

Best car parts place in Fourways

As with other Goldwagen stores that I have visited with my son, the store is neat and organised and staff are fairly helpful, but could improve. These days Goldwagen no longer just sells VW parts, they have a wide range of aftermarket motor spare parts for various vehicle makes, including Mini. They also stock a variety of high performance lubricants.
