Sent two emails, and called 3 times, no reply or answer, All I need is to make sure the quoted item is in stock before I drive there. at least make sure the phone calls get answered.

Such a poor example of customer service, after visiting this store for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks, for 1, shocks that were incorrectly supplied with a VIN provided, then to have to return because one of the shocks was seized from factory. To be told that as a customer I must apply for a refund from the supplier to refund me for the seized shock, and then on top of that pay for a replacement shock absober while the supplier refunds me for the seized shock. Surely goldwagen you are supposed to deal with your own suppliers and provide the customer a credit note until a replacement shock is supplied. I have never heard of the onus resting on the customers shoulders to fund your returns process for poor quality parts. Poor, poor, poor service

Poor service, I bought parts for my 2006 Jetta 5 BKC engine, I gave them all important information to identify the car and also vin number. Wrong parts were supplied for me and I was passing by when I bought. I stay in Pretoria so I had to drive back to them

So three stars does not do the place justice. I had a bad experience with a tensioner wheel. That being said as far as parts for my opel go they have stock and they are very helpful. Prices for parts are really very good. Staff are very helpful.

Goldwagen ebony park and goldwagen boksburg very poor service, I had to wait for my parts for the car for more then 5 days where by I have already paid for them. And goldwagen boksburg where told to keep aside a part for me and when I arrive before trading hours they yet tell me to come the following day nonsense.. Its money going up and down for parts which claim to be available they need to efficient and reliable 👎

Morne at Golfwagen Boksburg is such a pleasure to deal with, after being messed around at another nearby goldwagen I decided to go to Boksburg, I was helped professionally and timeously, he promised to order the parts and phone me when they arrived and he did it.

They kind of had the stock i was looking for but had to drive through to get it. Zero help on phoning. While I was there I heard the phone line ringing and ringing without anyone making an effort to answer. Can only hope they get their act together because there are plenty of other suppliers keen for business

Parking can be a bit challenging. GREAT PRICES. Some of the staff will have disagreements in front of clients and you can wait quite long for what you want. Willie and Riaan are absolutely SUPERB. These 2 are quick professional and always helpful.
