I was there to fetch speakers in the afternoon, it was 4 heavy speakers that I had to carry from upstairs to the car by myself with no assistance. When I asked the 2 ladies that were sitting there if theres anyone who can assist me, they said No and didnt even apologies about it. Your service is very poor, please try to improve it. If there was 0 star rating, I would give you that!!!!
