A decent law firms with competitive.

This firm of attorneys works with the Ekuhurleni municipality to steal money from honest rate payers. They also have access to all rate payers private information without the consent of the ratepayers...this cannot be inline with POPI Act. They have clue what is happening but just want to steal money from ratepayers.. This should be investigated how did this company actually get the never-ending tender with the municipality??

They sleep until your account is in arrears and then they send a letter of demand. They are terrible.

Failing to send a simple statement and expect me to pay. All I have received from them was the bank account and amount to be paid from Ekurhuleni municipality. No formal document to proof legitimate of claim. All I hear is that they are currently renovating their offices so they can’t excess my account. How is this people expect me to trust them?

They call and send threatening SMSs but dont do any work to understand the issue and that the person that was handed over for debt collection is actually not at fault.
