The mall is relatively small, the pedestrian gate issue is somewhat fixed and addressed. The sewage passing next to the mall isnt doing it justice. Hopefully the mall will be rebuild following a tornado hit. Otherwise not a bad shopping complex, gets busiest month end.

Improve the malls entrance, its too small and at least make pipes for sewage water that pass by the gate.Ill be delighted to see those changes

Having to wait for 20min with no one attending to me or ask why I was standing infront of the ticket screen hoping that someone will come to ask me what I was there for....not utilizing your services being summoned to rush to the bank to make a deposit the treat came with a negative impact not sure if its all the branches or Phumulani Mall......after a colored lady came when the queue was even blocking the corridor adked me what I was there for.....I was told to go outside join the queue which was long comparing the time I spent unattended the service is poor maybe is due to festive season or what but hate the experience not to reccomend anyone I know to come here....just feel like crying really have never felt like this not sure maybe its me cnt tolerate this

Nedbank bank on site. Excellent service. ATMs with all features esp Deposits. The only low is that ATMs with advanced features operational during office hours, but theres two additional ATMs that are 24hr operational at the main entrance.

Convenient for shopping. Has most shops and major banks.

It is so good shopping hire but the clothing shops are very few, add spitz,identity,total sport edgarse etc then this will be done.

This mall is too small. No matter what you here for you always have to join a long queue that goes all the way outside the branch.

Good mall for small groceries. Generally very busy. Cashbuild, Midas and Checkers are the more popular shops. Theres access to most atms. There is more than enough parking. Close to major highways, R21 towards Pretoria and Johannesburg. N1 toward Centurion, Pretoria, Midrand and Johannesburg.

Its a growing mall and its convenient

Phumulani mall is just a samll mall with two gate and one is one which we use it when are going to olisfontain staition

Phumlani mall is the busyest mall but the gate for padestrans n car too small n these Avanza n Condors they make it warse please improve

Good Food and Lekker shopping

Nothing special here. Parking is limited and I think it will be a huge problem when this centre is busy. Bathrooms are not wonderful either.

Never been so annoyed. I was called to come to the branch apparently something was wrong with my account, only to find out that they just wanted to tell me that I qualify for a funeral cover and 6k loan... I CAN SEE THAT ON THE APP. I had to wait for 45 minutes for that
