Horrible horrible service.. That person who is ought to help us with tickets at the door, there was none.. Dont get me started on the queue & bad attitude of the consultants who just waltz past customers because they need to get something at clicks, 2hrs into opening nogal.. I dunno if the whole stuff was on lunch or what but they were just sitting there like they do not see us.. worst!!!
The FNB experience is always nice, I know most of the staff here by name the service is always on point get things sorted normally with one visit.If you have to call cellphone banking or anything that requires you to call out be patient and bring a book because waiting time is long, the lines are just crazy with all these atms during working hours . There are another 2 atms inside the premises but you canβt do deposits.Nice WiFi easy login when you within diameter helps keeps your mind of the queue just canβt watch videos or download.
The wait is toooooo long. Really poor choice coming here. Just to collect a bank card spend 2 hours plus waiting.
Service is poor.... You wait too long for simple things... Would not advise any one to go there... Waited 2 hrs just to collect a card
