Unrealiable bank. The atm is always out of service for use. Dont waste your time going there.

Pathetic service from Lutendo. I needed the app on my new phone whilst the branch was very quiet. Kept my eyes on the monitor to view my ticket. 3 people had come and gone after me and none of the consultants called my ticket. I was the only ticket number with a letter in it, B004. When I enquired, she said that they called my ticket and she was extremely arrogant. She gave me another ticket with a number this time and it was called within 2 minutes. No apology from here. Pathetic service from this branch.

By far the worst bank in SA! Its the 3rd time Ive gone to this branch to make a deposit and failed. Deposits are done at the ATM, if the ATM is not working you are told to go to Alexandra. Nx rubbish bank. Closing all my accounts

My expirence at Capitec Balfour Park was absolutely awful .The brank was empty but they made me wait. I went to do the rest of my shopping then come back.When I complained i was told they had called me ..The hostility and hate from this lady left me stunned.

I have unfortunately had a very bad experience with Capitec. They are unable to assist in far too many situations and just tell you to come in and talk to them where you end up waiting about two hours before anyone assists you. I would advise you to use a different bank to begin with
