Went there to see an attorney. Called in to reception before hand and whoever answered the phone was rude an abrupt. Went in person later and the security guards were just as rude. Requested to leave a message as the person who I wanted to see was not in and they would not give me a phone number (even the landline) and they told me that is not in their job description.

Center for all mining related info and issues. Receptionists are not that friendly to aged ex-miners or their next of kin. Language of communication is not catering for all 11 official language speakers
