I sent an email to pna campus Square to check if the have grade 9 text books and within 10 minutes Hlengiwe phone to comfirm that the do not have all text books but the will try to get it from other branches around joburg and she promised to phone me once she has all textbooks. The following day she phoned to say that she has all textbook, gave me the prices per textbook and when I got there the textbooks were ready for me. Thank you so much Hlengiwe for such a professional service, keep up the good work. Great service

The staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful. I find that lately within the service industry people approach you and ask whether you need assistance because it is there jobs and not because they want to - this was not my experience at this store. The willingness to help really made me walk out of the store a happy customer.

Its a medium size store, versus there other stores.But they stock a large collection of stationery books Arts and crafts and office supplies.Lots of educational books and home schooling text books sold here as well.Well worth to pop in and browse away.

Shop closes at 6pm, just went in to print a picture and a rude staff member told me its late I should come back tomorrow, why dont just close earlier instead of keeping the store open and telling customers its late

Had to go through 7 PNA shops for one textbook.. And found it here! Was so greatful! And the staff were so friendly!

Messy, disorganised and the staff can’t answer basic questions about prices. Definitely not up to the general PNA standard.
