I cant speak for product quality or delivery, but the phone etiquette and overall customer service received was terrible! Staff members were somewhat condescending, rude and abrupt; continually wanting to end the call while mid-sentence. They dont seem to care too much about individual inquiries. It seems like they have bigger and better companies to focus their energy on. The service alone was off-putting and Im not sure that Id ever recommend this place to someone in future.

It’s a strange place, hard to find but if you know what you need it beats ordering from overseas. This is an old school importer one. To the public, not a shop. But they have a wide range of stock and good prices.

I was looking for some art supplies for a big project I am working on and a well stablished South African artist recommended this place. Its a random house in a dodge looking street, looks very messy... I was not allowed to browse in this store, I was questioned if I knew what I was looking for so a staff member would search for me. They didnt have what I was looking for but the guy helping me told that I could place an order, however the person in charge for placing the orders said: I could place an order but not today... didnt really show any interest in helping or even asked for my details. Just a bizarre experience, after a mission to get into this place I left empty hands and frustrated.
