I strongly recommend UDA. Very reliable local architects i know, It took them only 2 and half month to sort out the house plans issues for the house i bought back in 2012. I wanted to do extensions to my house and the Johannesburg municipality said they dont have approved plans in their archives. Thats where i approached Upscale Design Architects for assistance. I had no hope as my hope as my house was build in 1964.They came to site and measured the entire house, withing 3 weeks they started with the additions. fast forward today, I am a happy man.

I recommend this guys to take care of your needs. They have been very professional in designing my House in Serengeti Estate. They are just in charge and let you not to worry about anything. I am a happy client.
