Earlier this year my wife suggested we break down some internal wall in our 28 year old house and make one big room. She also wanted to remove the existing sliding doors and add folding/stackable doors to an existing external wall to create a bigger room. She had a vision which I could not see.That is where Pieter Pieters came onto the scene. He was extremely thorough in his preparation in confirming that the house could undergo the change and his compilation of drawings and plans allowed me to actually see my wife’s vision. I liked what he had prepared and gave him the go ahead and prepare what had to be done.We live in the Fourways Gardens Estate with very strict building clauses. Pieter did all the preparation and we submitted all the relevant documents to the Fourways Gardens architectural committee. Everything was signed off with no queries.Next Pieter submitted the relevant documents and plans to council and followed up continually. These plans were also approved without any queries.The alterations have now been done and we could not be happier. Pieter has transformed our OLD house into a MODERN living space which we thoroughly enjoy. His attention to detail is impeccable and his work ethic is commendable.David Reid
