I was looking for some nice cat treats and a colleague sent me a link of this stores website which had the Orijen cat treats. I made a quick purchase of a few other things I wanted for my cat and Im surprised to have received my order the very next day. Then I made a phone call whereby I was assisted in a professional and friendly manner by a guy who has an extensive knowledge on all the products I enquired on.I placed my order online and not once did I worry about my order as I was constantly updated from the beggining till the end point of delivery.

Great shop, very helpful staff, Ill usually shop here for my aquariums. They have a great selection of products and accessories. The livestock are in very clean aquariums. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because prices are a bit on the expensive side for fertilisers and stuff, just not so much it warrants me driving to another location.

In my opinion one of the best places to buy things for pets. I exclusive shop here when they have things that I need which is like 95% of the time. When they dont I outsource somewhat unwillingly. Huge variety of plants for freshwater and marine wise also have quite a bit of variety on corals. Corals are Australian which also reflect it price wise. Corals Ive gotten here are doing quite well. I visit almost every week for water and they are always helpful and try their best to give a great service. Fishes are healthy as well.

Absolutely stunning shop, helpful staff, but I honestly wish that they would be the exception and educate people more about the needs of Bettas/Siamese Fighters. They need WAY more than a jar. All of them were in TERRIBLE condition + 2 dead (and for a fish thats hardy and has a long lifespan you need to question why)

Best pet shop EVER! Delivery only took 2 days, stock was well wrapped and of high quality!I also received samples for my Betta plus a sweet message and a lollipop LOL. This was a really pleasant experience, I will definitely be buying here from now on!

Found them after a quick Google search. They had proper hamster bedding as well as a good range of food at good prices and I placed my order this morning. Not even 10min later the order was packed and ready to be picked up by courier. They are based in Jhb and I am in Pta. Hour later the parcel was collected and on its way. They kept me up to date with the order every step of the way. The Courier Guy person just delivered my parcel! I am very impressed definitely found my new supplier.

Staff is helpful on 9/10 visits. But on my last visit a friendly and knowledgeable staff member was helping a lady who clearly had an uneducated opinion about everything... I felt sympathy for the staff member who went out of their way to help this lady, staying calm and giving her relative info on all her questions. But still she was not happy, and rude. Dont let these type of customers get to you guys, keep up the great service!

The shop is amazing, the fish tanks are immaculate, prices are slightly higher than other places Ive beenBut the staff does not let new fish owners know that it is not okay to keep goldfish in a 2 liter bowl which is very disappointing for an upmarket aquarium store, in my opinion that is promoting animal abuse.I tried telling the lady at the till she should not buy that bowl for the goldfish, yet the staff member reassured her that it will be fine

Beautiful shop. Lots of amazing fish for aquarium. However... we were helped by a fellow named Ruan, very nice guy but I felt that we were misled with information and as new aquarium owners, were not given helpful info on setting up a new planted aquarium. Some items I purchased needed additional items and were not asked or told that I need said item to go with my item. Please make sure your staff research and understand what needs to be done to planted aquariums to ensure that new aquarium hobbyists can fully understand and set up our tanks the rite way. I have done alot of research and I now know what is required, but wasnt told this at Jungle aquatics.

Just walked around the store while my husband was looking for things for his tank. What really caught my eye were the giant designer dog jerseys they had in stock. It is not often that you see things that could fit a Great Dane or St. Bernard 😀!

The shop has great friendly staff who are very helpful. They are constantly out of stock though so Im not sure if they have the best suppliers. Other businesses seem to be getting it right despite challenging times. Still worth a visit though. Best to give them a call to confirm first or checking their online store.

This shop was such an awesome find. Team members are friendly and super helpful. Theres always more than enough people to help. Knowledge as far as fish go... They always have useful facts to share. What I really like about this shop is that they make sure they know what your pond or aquarium setup is and will not willingly sell you fish that will not work in your setup.

Dont have frequent new stock of fresh water fish. Fish we got were sick and when we went back there were visibly sick fish in the tanks that did have stock. Priced way above WestPack pet stores. Bettas are more than twice the price and stored in plastic jars not even thanks, theyre a fish that require air. Also overpriced with food. Very disappointing for a specialist store@Owner response. No affiliation to mentioned store just someone who enjoys aquariums as a hobby. For what its worth youre cheaper than VIP pets at Northgate but they still have healthy well stocked variety.
