Diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and three months later dish washer is still faulty. Spent R650 call out and R1500 on parts and the same error message is still appearing. Would not use them again.

I would give Inyathi a score of ZERO, if I could. Never, in my 35 odd years of calling on a service company, have I experienced such an incredibly low level of competence- all around.

Incompetent technicians, they came twice to sort out my fridge and its still having the same problem. They cant even construct a report on the fault. The worse disappointing thing is that they were referred by Samsung themself since I logged s fault with Samsung whom they themself could not help me after complaining to them.Just being robbed of my call out fees money I paid to you.

Terrible service. The first time they came to fix my built-in Whirlpool dishwasher they destroyed the kitchen cupboards and the dishwasher was not fixed. After a lot of trials they eventually offered to bring me a brand new dishwasher to apologise for the inconvenience. They never repaired the damages to my kitchen. The new dishwasher is still not working. When I called Whirlpool, I found out that it was not in warranty because it was a refurbished unit. Inyati are not capable to repair and Mervin lied to us about the machine they brought to us.

These guys are affiliated with Samsung SA i.e. you book a service through Samsung and if they are close in your vicinity, they will be allocated to you by Samsung. TAKE MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT ACCEPT THEM AS THE REPAIR CENTER TO REPAIR YOUR SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. These guys have no concept of what customer service is. They made 4 appointments to come out to me and did not keep to a single one timeously. They over book their technicians and if the technician does not come out to you, they dont even bother to call to reschedule or apologise to you. You are the one who has to call them back to find out what is going on. Apparently the owner of the business only arrives at work in the afternoon. He does not give out his cell number. Ive left numerous messages for him and he is yet to return my calls. Also do yourself a favour and read the other bad service ratings hes got and read his shocking replies to them. Like i said, if they are allocated to you by Samsung SA, i would strongly recommend asking Samsung to allocate you another company.

How does a company keep an appliance for 11 days and promise you a repair without even having spares? Refusing to get the service manager on the phone. I think Samsung needs to know how bad this place is.

Samsung sent us there. Both Samsung and Inyathi Appliances, No sevice. We are struggling 3 months with a brand new dishwasher. I bought my dishwasher 8 months ago. Hardly been used. I reported a broken part at Makro. I overheard unhappy customers advising clients NOT to buy Samsung products. On Inyathis advise our claim was declined and was advised to obtain a compleate new top draw for the dishwasher. We had to pay R2018.00 for a complete draw because the top sprayer was broken. When Inyathi arrived....with a brand new top draw the sprayer arrived imcomplete. To our supprise it was not a fixed unit but was the sprayer seperate of the drawer. As the sprayer was a plastic arm they told us to use our original, broken sprayer to complete. The new drawer had no handle and didnt even fit. WHAT A JOKE.We expect Samsung to replace this faulty dishwasher as this is a dud. SAMSUNG... STEP UP.

I used Inyathi appliances they replaced my oven thermostat and knob , i noticed the oven was not getting to the right heat so bought a oven thermometer and found the oven gets to 50 degrees below set heat , phoned Inyathi and spoke to Marvin who said would phone me back , after a few days when i phoned him again he said the tech says he must have fitted the wrong knob so will try get the right one , so i will await my fate . a week later and no word , guess the guarantee lasts up until they leave your premises

These guys are incompetent, arrogant, rude and untrustworthy!!Never ever make use of their service!Absolutely disgusted!!!
