Time keeping, top class. Our fridge was due to be attended to for 48 to 72 hours. It was back within 36 hours and appears to have all problems solved. The problem which was there from when the fridge was bought has beenrectified . Very many thanks sgain Appreciated and highly recommended

Used GreenTech three times now - tumble dryer, microwave and vacuum cleaner. The service has been superb. Management sent a quote via WhatsApp very early on in the process, after which equipment were repaired pretty quickly. GreenTech will definitely be my first port of call for all repairs in the future.

If I could give 10 stars for customer service, I would! Ivan and his team have truly gone out of their way to fix our Bosch fridge/freezer. I had managed to ruin the compressor while cleaning behind the fridge. Greentech fetched it and replaced it in a very short period of time. Costs were fairly substantial, but it’s a compressor after all. Since then we returned it twice as the freezer was working fine, but the fridge was not cooling properly. Eventually, Ivan figured out where the problem was and it has been working well since they returned it. While they were busy with it, they dropped off 2 loan units so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. That was such a bonus! All this free of charge and part of the 3-month warranty. Would highly recommend them for their honesty, sincerity and customer orientation. Great company!

I Whatsapped on Sunday about my broken washing machine. It was collected on Monday, assessed on Tuesday I accepted the quote and it was returned on Wednesday. There was a minor problem and they responded promptly so over all I am happy and would refer them to anyone who doesnt need urgent same day repair.

This company is a hidden gem. They repaired our washing machine and returned it paying attention to the fact that we couldnt be without one. I cannot recommend them enough.

We called GreenTech when our dishwasher broke down. Within an hour our dishwasher was collected free of charge and a couple of hours later we got a call to advise us of the cost to repair our dishwasher. We gave them the go ahead and the following day our dishwasher was returned as good as new. The service is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who is needing repairs.

GreenTech offers great service. They checked my malfunctioning fridge/freezer and advised that no repairs are required, only a defrost. I was not charged for the call-out or advice.They also offered to sell me a second-hand rack for my dishwasher at a much reduced price. The diswasher was collected, serviced and delivered within 2 days with no charge for collection or delivery.They are highly recommended.

I had an issue with the fridge which I whats apped a description of the symptoms. The sent me a response with what they thought could be the issue and what remedies and cost that would be the norm for this kind of repair. When I did not respond within that day, the were proactive to do a follow up with me. Fetched the fridge on the day I gave them the go- ahead, fixed and delivered the fridge back to me with no issues. The let me know the cost once they had assessed the fridge. It was all an easy and seamless process and best of all reasonably priced. Well done on the great service you are offering!

Dropped off a pair of garden shears for sharpening, went to collect it 2 weeks later, the shears were not sharpened as the owner said he had no time. Went to Hyper Mower in Beyers Naude, and they sharpened my shears while I waited!!!
