My fridge has not been fixed since 7 May 2021. I fully paid for a fridge that worked for 1 day. Owner came and burned the fan trying to fix it. Never came back since. Hes ben making excuses that he has covid, his mother is sick, his car broke down, samsung ordered the wrong part. They have no physical office so yoh cant follow up when they dont call back cause they dont call back. Its been 5 months with the owne not responding. Worse mistake ever made using this guy.

Very professional and understanding. I asked them to come months end when I will be able to pay for their services, they suggested to come earlier, do a quotation and return when Im ready. The Oven works very well. I will definitely call again.

Assisted in fixing the pc board for our stove, was on site promptly and finished promptly. Amazing service

They dont even have a office space or workshop this place is a scam/BBBEE business if you put in the address it will take you to a residental area in bedfordview which no one stays at .the ower says he will call you back his on his way back from pta since 8am yet no call. i would not recommend this company.. its people like this that screw hard working businesses that want the job ... then will tell you they do onsite calls well im still waiting?????
