Management poor. Im staying here for 2021, they promised us a cleaner to clean the common area, now theres no one to clean the area. I might be charged at the end of the year for this. Ive emailed them about the problems I have in my room. They havent fixed any. 💔

Youll pay fines of which you dont know of, their level of service is poor, they know students are desperate for accommodation and thats how they take advantage of you. They dont know how to treat their tenants. Maintenance is always late and they sometimes tell you that you gonna pay for some things out of your own pocket whilst you paying them rent. They dont keep their promises, at the end theyll turn against you.

I have stayed at Uni-stay now, this will be my 2nd year. Last year was awesome and i decided to renew and stay where i am. This year renewing was such a breeze. I think they have like a new system or something, and it makes life so great. They also have an APP to log maintenance issues, which this year made life hassle free. TOTALLY Recommend!! lol especially because of this app!!!

Poor management.

I was once cheated with Linell lottering when I was paying my rent , I gave her full amount since it was the only money I withdrew from my account while she was counting she kept her self busy looking for something she dropped some money which I suspected she used her feet to hide it and picked the stuff down together with the money she dropped so that I shouldnt have the proof and told me the money was short,I was really shocked and told her to double check cause I knew 1000% my money ws not short...Since that day my trust was gone with UNISTAY.....I started asked for monthly quotation of my account with them and I came to findout there was charges I was not aware of ,so they always take advantage of students since they know we are always desperate

They charge you ridiculous deposit with a security fee they never mentioned and they charge for you first month rent for Jan and Feb before you move in. It makes no sense. Good luck!
