I absolutely loved their show unit. I was a bit sceptical about the price of rent at first but when I saw the unit I understood. The unit I saw made me feel like they paid attention to detail, which I liked. The amenities are also a good addition. There’s a gym downstairs! I just…I loved it.

I enjoyed my stay. Close to restaurants and a Virgin active, with safe parking downstairs. Good security overall as well. Close to university. Boitumelo promptly answers to all emails and concerns.

Convenient central apartments. Right opposite 44 Stanley, close to Convenient stores. Central to almost every suburb in Joburg. You wont regret living there.

I went to view the apartments, I liked that the virgin active was at my reach, downstairs from the apartments, also liked that the parking for cars is secure. there was security at the basement as well as the reception point. I also witness a few making the rounds to check on the apartment security.

The place is nice. Stayed there for over a year. Convenient, closer to shopping centres, and Wits and UJ campuses if youre a student.

Been staying there since January. Its situated right across restaurants, has a gym downstairs and the security is amazing. A 10/10 for Kaliza and Boitumelo, they make sure all problems are attended to immediately and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for freedom and security.

So sad to be leaving, this place was great to live in, although expensive. Shout out to Boitumelo with her efficient responses and friendly service. Also Polite and the new operations guy Khaliza seems to be on top of issues.

Its pretty clear that the building has aspirations to be the best building in Sandton, even though it is not in Sandton. It is highly convenient with Pick n Pay close by, easy access to M2, coffee shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and even the Bioscope is just across the road. Virgin Active is also in the building. Management is friendly, helpful, communicative.

Pathetic scammer of a company and unsafe living conditions. I moved an employee of mine into their unit at Stanley Studios. We had to move out because of the noise from other residents who drink in the corridors and cause a terrible chaos daily and loud music til early hours of the morning in the building. The building is also very unsafe we had water coming out of an electricity plug and would flood the apartment. It took their maintenance people over 3 months to fix the problem. The place is also very unhygienic with ****roaches, has garbage sometimes being left in the corridors and the cleaners leave dirty water and equipment all over the place. When we had to move out we gave them notice on the 10th day of the month and they wouldn’t allow us to move at the end of the month without scamming us of 2 months rent for early lease cancellation and still kept our deposit. Terrible place to live it, I wouldn’t advise anyone to move it. People are moving out daily because of the problems and they are using these scare tactics to keep the building occupied. The manager Mabila Mthanti does not even answer his phone to explain these scams he’s running and the 2 assistants Boutumelo and Kaliza are equally as useless and pathetic. The building always has water and electricity cuts and sometimes for days on end. Their water bill goes from R30 one month and the next month R300 as if they just make these numbers in their empty heads. Terrible Terrible living conditions in that building with poor staff and management. I have all the pictures if anyone wishes to see what I am talking about and the problems in the building. The walls inside the apartment they gave us are even cracked in so many different places.

Lease is not law abiding. Read the lease and get a lawyer to dissect it for you.Questionable water billing rates.Very Poor Management, unprofessional behavior of managers living in the units (I’ve had one knock on my door asking me for alcohol.)You can wait months for issues to get sorted out and usually get the run around.Its a professionals only environment but some of the rules are that of a student accommodation.Wouldn’t recommend 😊

How do you issue a letter of demand to a tenant that pays on time and pays fully? I received a letter of demand email from Ursaurla Swartz on the 5 March 2021 and I replied with proof of payment and I asked the same question and still today there is no reply and no explanation, totally unprofessional! Management response time and service extremely poor.

Is a very beautiful place for post graduates. Try it. Is safe with WiFi for students. Youre router is in the room.

Dark inside and pigeons everywhere

This place is an active construction site, tenants are assigned incomplete apartments with exposed live wires. Ive had multiple security breaches and recently an electric fire. Management does not respond to complaints promptly, you have to fight with them constantly to get anything done. They are completely unprofessional and have very little regard for safety.

I love Stanley Studios! Ideal location to live, work and play. These brand new apartments are awesome and offer a new dimension to the trendy Stanley Street District.

I love that its above a virgin active gym and across the road from restaurants!Awesome design with great courtyards. Also very well price.
