It is a great place to live in. Clean and neat. Security is tighter than that of a maximum prison 😂🤣😂🤣🤞

It is a decent place to live in good security, problem is noise from kids who run around passages and stairs, people who are always drinking down stairs and worse of all the noise down stairs made by drunkards at late night hours are terrible... it has a lot of potential to be a good place but the NOISE is the biggest issue.

The apartments themselves are great. Beautiful interiors. But on the outside you dont feel safe. Just looks dodgy

Its a good place but too many incidents of crime. My car wheel caps were stolen within a short time of my arrival right in front of purchase place building.

The surroundings are a bit dodgy, the kids in the building make a lot of noise. However it is a great place to stay.

A very noisy building that is not taken care of.Theres no peace of mind. Its noisy until wt night. Kids running up and downs in the passages until its time for them to go sleep . . Drunkards will also be making noise when they come back around 1-2am. People drink every day in front of the building and also pee there. . it is filthy!The number of broken windows/frames here, Ive even lost count. They never fix them and when its raining or/and windy they make loud bangs because they cannot close(as they are broken)The elevators every week one or two of them stop working .Its now a norm the tenants are used to it .Theres a gate by the laundry site on the rooftop. Its always left open for some reason which also makes loud bangs when its windy .Its been reported multiple times but they never close it until you do it yourselfFor the expensive rent paid here, the place and standard it is really not worth it. Its just terrible

Why are we not allowed to bring visitors during this time. We pay rent but not allowed to enjoy the benefits....its time to move on....

I would not recommend the place to anyone. It is very noisy. Kids run up and down the stairs. I wanted to put notice to move out at the end of this month and because I was back at home I called them several times asking them to email me the form but they never did. When I came back on Monday they tell me that its late to put in the notice and that Ill have to pay the February rent
