Nice place to live as single or in family but this building have a serious problem with electricity. Too heavy but you can get it 24/24hours if you have your money in pocket and if u are lucky to get a room!

Not a great place as you come in Friday-Sunday not a nice environment for a family or anyone whos mind is sober, you are welcome by groups of drunk men and women.Another weekend as was coming in with my son two guys were drunk fighting at the main entrance next to the butchery. Kids were watching the scene. It is very worrying to me and I am sure majority of these people they live here.Opposite President Place the is Home Affairs and newly built Germiston Theater that is always surrounded by drunk people, the Theater is not even yet officially opened its been urinated .You asked yourself where are the City Bylaws? Im 100% SAPS the are aware of this situation. Its not nice!Vuka Mzontsundu...we need to be role models to our kids not someone the see on Tv.
