Love it is like a community I lived there for over 5 years its family friendly

The complex is kept neat and tidy. Security seems good for residents. It is however a downfall that the complex has no intercom system to contact residents. There is a single gate only for access.

Pricing is a bit expensive and gardens are small but prepaid electricity is great. The rent includes water so no extra payment on water usage

Built in a quiet area where its not so noisy
