Still one of the safest shopping centres in Johannesburg. Also a 1 stop shopping place

Pleasant little centre that shows scant regard for anyone in a wheelchair. Shockingly theres no ramp access from the parking up the pavement to the main shopping strip

Good place to meet fellow runners. Good coffee at Motherland. Good bakery at Fournos. Sweat Shop is a favorite.

Has everything you need. Fresh bread, groceries, flowers, meet, fish and all top quality!

This shopping center has been going for 40 years or more and still has a few specialty shops that keep it going - Fournos bakery, fish shop, the sports shop, the jeweler, and fresh produce store are all unique and keep the scene buzzing.You cant find parking easily during the busy times, a good indication that this is one of Johannesburgs popular spots. Many other shops continue forever like the lifestyle shop and DW restaurant so they must be good. Others are pretty pedestrian like the bottle store and 2 hair dressers but obviously convenient stopping after work for everything makes this good stop.

Till points still need better organisation.Its impossible to know if there is a queue or not or where to stand without upsetting other customers..

Fournos was very nice. We had a very enjoyable lunch there.

Waited for my transport from there. Perfect convenience stores all around🤞🤞

Havent spend much time here but what Ive seen was okay

I cannot comment on the centre as a whole, apart from saying the parking area lay out is not fantastic.I went here to grab some super quality fresh fish from Fishermans Deli! What a super experience. Talk about empowering the ladies. While I was there an all lady staff assisted me with all me fresh seafood queries. The ladies are well versed in all aspects of fish prep and advised me on everything from opening an oyster to grilling calamari and how to best braai the kabeljou.10 out if 10 would certainly recommend and certainly going back to grab some oysters at have the price they go for in our local restaurants.

Problem for parking is a major issue.

Great little centre thats often overlooked. They have an excellent Motherland, BEST fruit and flower store - Dunkeld Fruiterers, Fournos Bakery, very good fishery and smaller specialty stores. If want to avoid big shopping centers and still get food essentials, this place is it.

Dunkeld West Centre just had everything you need when it comes to your grocery shopping. From croissants and breads at fournos to the butcher , fruit and flowers and the fisherman’s deli. Also the best coffee at Mother land.

We wanted to make our own sushi so was advised to get the freshest salmon here at this fish shop. So far so good.. friendly staff and very well stocked with lots amd lots of different type of seafood

My favorite shops all in one place. Hayley Joy, Fournous Bakery and the most beautiful flower and vegetable market. Well worth a visit. But shh dont let everyone know. :-)

Love this centre. It has an excellent fish shop, butcher, a Fournos that serves delicious food, unusual clothing shops, a well stocked pet shop, the most exciting fruit and veg and flower emporium - a lovely shopping experience.

Cockroach infested, neglected and urine smelling centre. Very disappointing considering the wonderful area it is in.

Its a nice shopping centre located along Jan Smuts where you can even use public transport.

My only reason for going there is Fornous bakery, best bakery and food !

A few handy shops like a fish monger, appliance store, bakery / cafe and a couple of boutiques, restaurants and a fantastic flower shop / green grocer. The centre is ugly and tired. Needs a major revamp. Parking is always a problem.
